At 10:28 p.m. May 1, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to the 2000 block of Amberleaf Place in Waldorf for the report of an armed robbery.
Investigation revealed a 35-year-old Waldorf man was delivering a pizza to a residence when the suspect approached him, brandished a handgun and demanded money.
The victim complied and the suspect fled the area with money, food and keys.
An officer from the K9 unit conducted a search of the area but was unable to locate the suspect. The suspect is described as a black male wearing a yellow shirt and black ski mask.
