St. Mary’s Sheriff’s Deputy Rogers responded to a residence in Callaway on March 10, for the report of a Burglary to a private residence
Police Investigation revealed suspect David Allen Randolph, 49 of Lexington Park, unlawfully entered the female victim’s residence and began touching the victim inappropriately. A guest of the victim intervened on the victim’s behalf and physically removed the suspect from the residence.
The suspect was later located at his residence and placed under arrest. Randolph was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, charged with first-degree Burglary, third-degree Sex Offense, second-degree Assault, and is pending a bond hearing before the District Court Commissioner.
