CALIFORNIA, Md. – On Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018 at 5:15 p.m., an unknown suspect pushed a cart containing a plastic tub full of food and clothing items out the door of the California Walmart store.The suspect fled after being stopped by loss prevention staff.
