At 5:13 AM, On Feb. 8, on Rt. 2/4, in Prince Frederick, TPR Chirichella stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
Upon contact with the operator, TPR Chirichella detected the odor of suspected marijuana. A search was conducted and CDS paraphernalia containing suspected marijuana was located.
Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia was Michael Anthony Mason, 25, of Lusby. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
