President Donald J. Trump has ordered the United States Flag to be flown at half-staff on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, 2017, from sunrise until noon. This is in honor and recognition of all of our fallen service members. As a matter of protocol, the Maryland flag is lowered to half-staff as well, no flag may be higher than the United States flag.
