On Jan. 8 Deputy R Nielson responded to a residence in Lexington Park for a report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed Jessica Ann Quayle, 26 of Lexington Park was the neighbor of the victim. A property dispute occurred between the victim and Quayle. A short time after the dispute, Quayle opened the door to the victim’s residence and entered without permission. Quayle kicked the victim in the stomach. The victim ran into the bathroom and locked the door. Quayle went to the bathroom door and kicked it attempting to force entry. The bathroom door was damaged. Quayle was arrested and charged with third degree burglary, second degree assault and destruction of property.
