On January 16 at 9:28 p.m., officers responded to the area of Strauss Avenue and Shelton Court in Indian Head for the report of a robbery.
Investigation revealed the victim was riding his skateboard when the suspects approached, knocked him to the ground and attempted to steal his MP3 player. The victim fled and called police, providing officers with a description.
Officers canvassed the area and processed the scene for evidence. Detectives are working on several leads.
