ST. LEONARD, Md. — A Saint Leonard woman faces misdemeanor assault and protective-order violation charges after a domestic dispute with her estranged husband, according to police records.

Jenna Rae Dixon, 32, was arrested on Nov. 7, 2025, after deputies responded to a reported disturbance at a residence in the 1100 block of Calvert Beach Road. A probable-cause statement filed in Calvert County District Court says the incident unfolded while Dixon was moving out amid the couple’s separation.

Deputies reported the argument began over personal belongings. During the altercation, a whiskey bottle was allegedly thrown or dropped, resulting in a minor injury. Dixon denied intentionally throwing the bottle, saying it was dropped during a struggle over property. Investigators noted the encounter was recorded on personal video shared with deputies.

Dixon was charged with second-degree assault and violation of a final protective order. She was initially held without bond following a Nov. 7 bail setting and later released on recognizance at a Nov. 10, 2025 bail review before Judge Michelle R. Saunders, under Level 4 pretrial supervision. Conditions include no contact with the protected party and residence verification.

A trial is scheduled for Jan. 7, 2026, in Calvert County District Court, Courtroom 1, in Prince Frederick.
