On July 17, Deputy Nielson responded to a residence on Hermanville Road in Lexington Park, for a report of an assault.
Upon arrival Deputy Nielson observed Joseph Warren Pilkerton, III, 41 of Lexington Park, standing outside of the residence screaming. Deputy Nielson asked Pilkerton several times to stop yelling.
Pilkerton refused and continued to scream and yell. Pilkerton’s disorderly conduct attracted the attention of others who gathered to observe the activity. Pilkerton was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
