At 1:40 am on Wednesday, Feb. 22, TFC R. Rezza responded to Copsey’s Seafood Restaurant, Mechanicsville, for a reported burglary.
Investigation revealed that a door had been pried open allowing unauthorized entry into the building. Once inside the suspects stole a small metal box containing rolled coins.
The St. Mary’s County Crime Lab responded and processed the scene. Investigation continuing.
