
FAULKNER, Md. — Seven people were transported to hospitals early Saturday morning, Nov. 15, 2025, following a multi-vehicle crash in the area of Budds Creek Road and Crain Highway.
First responders were dispatched shortly after 7:40 a.m. for reports of a serious collision involving three vehicles. Callers reported at least five injured occupants, including one unconscious and one trapped after what was described as a T-bone crash.
Fire, rescue and EMS crews from multiple departments quickly established command. Crews worked to extricate one patient and assess several others with injuries ranging from minor to serious.
A 33-year-old man was flown by Maryland State Police Trooper 7 to MedStar Washington Hospital Center with possible head and wrist injuries. A 6-year-old girl was taken to Children’s National Medical Center for a head injury, and a 2-year-old girl with seat belt marks was also transported there for evaluation. Additional patients, including a 31-year-old woman with abdominal pain, a 54-year-old man with neck and back pain, and a 54-year-old woman with rib and back pain, were taken to MedStar and St. Mary’s hospitals. In all, seven patients were transported from the scene, and one person refused transport.

A drone was reported flying above the crash site during rescue operations. Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
Budds Creek Road and Crain Highway were temporarily closed as crews cleared debris and transported victims.
