Sheriff’s Office Deputy William Waters conducted a vehicle stop for a traffic violation in California. Once he approached the vehicle he detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from inside.
Eric Berchell Watkins (Age 20 of Morgantown, West Virginia) was found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana.
He was arrested and charged accordingly.
