Do you need some nautical equipment, like blocks, line, fenders, etc. but have not gotten around to buying, plus you like the idea of a deal? Do you have nautical equipment which you no longer need, maybe because you moved to a larger or smaller boat? Your nautical stuff is out of balance! As a community service, Southern Maryland Sailing Association is hosting a nautical flea market Saturday, April 9.
Both power and sail boat owners are invited to buy and sell or donate equipment at the SMSA clubhouse at 14490 Solomons Island Road, Solomons, Maryland (a couple of doors South of Catamarans restaurant). To buy, just show up April 9th. To sell, rent a table for $15 ($10 for SMSA members).
ย
Southern Maryland Sailing Association supports a wide range of sailing programs which include junior summer training camps, planned Chesapeake Bay cruising, both small and large boat racing. If you have equipment you no longer need, please consider donating it to SMSA for resale. It would be appreciated if you could clean it up if needed and provide a label which describes the piece and a suggested price.ย
To rent a table or donate equipment, please call Frank Gerred at (410) 326-2785 or send him an email: Gerred@verizon.net.
