Rocks by helping our great Military!
Whether it is helping the soldiers and their families recover from war or supporting out veterans that have served us so unselfishly we all can say we have this is common and that is that we love our country and appreciate our military. The Maryland Patriot Guard is a great organization that does just that. The Southern Maryland Bike Fest donates money to help them help our military and veterans.
The Maryland Patriot guard donated proceeds from last year’s Southern Maryland Bike Fest to the Veteran’s Home here is Charlotte Hall by purchasing televisions for their rooms. We appreciate them bringing last year donation back to the Southern Maryland area. In past year it has gone directly to the wounded soldiers at Walter Reed National Medical Center.
So put it on your calendar to help us support this great cause. Southern Maryland Bike Fest, August 15, 2015 at St. Mary’s County Fairground, Leonardtown Maryland. We have lots of bands like Snakebite best Southern Rock Band and local favorite along with Robbie Boothe, and out of Baltimore Whiskey Brothers www.whiskeybrothersband.net/ plus one of southern Maryland favorite; Frankie and the Actions.
These Maryland/Virginia Whiskey Brothers are the areas only true Lynyrd Skynyrd TRIBUTE Band.
This year event will be sponsored by Kelly Generators, Owings, Md., All American Harley, Hughesville, Md. And Thunder Roads Magazine and SM City Motorsports, and Nicks of Calvert.
