Find a new furry four-legged friend with the Tri-County Animal Shelter pet adoption, pour a cup of Joe to thank a cop or bring the kids for summer reading at the mobile library. Shoppers are invited to bring a friend and enjoy paint night at the center or watch a tasteful cooking demonstration showcasing the finest food Southern Maryland has to offer. The variety of family-friendly events at St. Charles Towne Center this summer will have everyone loving the longer days!

Charles County Mobile Library
Friday, June 9 and Friday, July 14 from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Kick off summer with a good read! Attendees are invited to the St. Charles Towne Center food court parking lot to borrow from a variety of books, audio books and DVDs while enjoying free access to printers, copiers and computers with online databases and downloads. Visitors can even register for a library card for regular access at their local branch! The Charles County Mobile Library offers custom, state-of-the-art services to residents of Charles County who cannot easily access one of four local physical branches. Tri-County Animal Shelter Pet Adoption
Saturday, June 10 and Saturday, July 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Join the Tri-County Animal Shelter to find a fur-ever friend! Adorable animals looking for homes will be available for pats and snuggles in Center Court from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Parents and kids alike can anticipate adding a new member to their family! Coffee With A Cop

Held in front of Macy’s on the lower level of St. Charles Towne Center, Coffee with a Cop brings police officers together with the community members they serve over coffee to discuss local issues and learn more about each other. Guests can thank their service men and women by interacting with local law enforcement and enjoying complimentary refreshments from Starbucks. Paint Night Date Night
