LEONARDTOWN, Md. – In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of National EMS Week, Chief Tom Raley hosted an outdoor luncheon for the St. Mary’s County Department of Emergency Services’ EMS providers.
“It’s a valuable opportunity for us to come together, collaborate, and acknowledge the hard work of all our EMS providers, whether career or volunteer,” stated the Department.
“To all our dedicated EMS professionals—whether you’re a career hero or a selfless volunteer—we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your unwavering commitment to our community’s safety and well-being is truly remarkable. You are the frontline heroes who respond with skill, compassion, and bravery in our times of need,” said the St. Mary’s County Government via a social media post.
