WALDORF, Md. — Authorities are investigating a stabbing that occurred early Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at the Wingate by Wyndham Waldorf/National Harbor.
Charles County emergency dispatchers received a call shortly after 1:20 a.m. from the hotel on the 2500 block of Business Park Court, reporting that a guest had been stabbed. A witness told staff someone in a room across from him had been attacked.
First responders located a 47-year-old man with a stab wound to his shoulder. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.
The case has been turned over to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.
No arrests have been announced, and a motive remains unclear. The investigation is ongoing.
