On July 28, 2010 at 3:44 a.m., Trooper Bender responded to the 800 block of San Mateo Trail in Lusby for a report of a disorderly person.
During the investigation, Nicholas S. Swinford, 30 of Lusby, was found to possess marijuana and stolen medications. He was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Theft Under $100.00.
Swinford was incarcerated in the Calvert County Detention Center.
