On Nov. 13 at 12:30 p.m., a Charles County Sheriffโ€™s school resource officer assigned to North Point High School received a tip through the Student Crime Solvers program that a student was in possession of marijuana and had offered to sell the drugs to other students.

With assistance from school administrators, the student was found to be in possession of four small baggies of marijuana.

Further investigation revealed he sold drugs to other students the previous day. As a result of the investigation, three students were charged with possession of drugs.

Officer C. Cusmano handled the investigation.
