At 3:50 p.m. on Dec. 9, John Raymond Williams, 44 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. M. Koock on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in District Court in Leonardtown on Oct. 17. The original charge was driving on suspended and revoked driver’s license.
Williams was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
