On Nov. 3, at 10 a.m, Lilian Maria Penna, 65 of Arlington, Va. was arrested by TFC M. Moore on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in district court in La Plata on Oct. 26.
The original charge was driving on a suspended license.
Penna was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review.
