HOLLYWOOD, Md. — St. Mary’s County Animal Control is asking residents to be on the lookout for four pigs suspected of corn theft and property damage in Hollywood.
The animals, described as “mud covered marauders” in an Animal Control alert, were last seen fleeing into a cornfield at Forest Landing and Riva Lane. They remain at large.
Officers say the pigs may be using the aliases “Porkchop,” “Snout,” and “Truffles.” The leader, “The Notorious P.I.G.,” reportedly led officers on an “hour-long chase” before all four escaped.
“If property owners in the area are able to safely confine the pigs in a corral or fenced area, please contact us,” the alert stated.
Anyone with information can call St. Mary’s County Animal Control at 301-475-8018.
