Dep. G. Gott arrested Michael Louis Kushner, 25, of Annapolis, on March 10 at 6:04 p.m. after he conducted a traffic stop on Kushner at Md. Rt. 4 near Nursery Road in Lusby.
Kushner was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana more than 10 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia; a metal smoking device.
