Glen Burnie, MD – On May 22 at 10:10 p.m., detectives conducted a traffic stop on southbound Ritchie Hwy at I 695 for failing to yield the right-of-way to another vehicle.ย Detectives made contact with the driver and passenger and noticed the odor of marijuana emanating from within the vehicle.ย Detectives asked the female occupants to exit the vehicle. As they did so, the passenger handed a detective a partially smoked โbluntโ suspected marijuana cigarette.
A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of a baggy which belonged to the passenger containing 323 empty green/clear gel caps. The passenger was also found to have multiple types of CDS concealed on her person to include the following: 3.7 grams of marijuana, 4.9 grams of crack cocaine, Two 5 mg tablets of oxycodone, Two capsules of suspected MDMA (Ecstasy/Molly), 19 green/clear gel caps of heroin and $606 in U.S. currency. The passenger was arrested and charged with CDS possession and distribution. The passenger was identified as Cheyenne Alexis Harris, 25 of Severn. She was charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and heroin, possession of MDMA and oxycodone and possession of paraphernalia.
