GREAT MILLS, Md. – On April 4, 2024, at approximately 7:00 a.m., emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident on Chancellors Run Road in the area of Fox Chase Drive.
Crews arrived and found two vehicles involved in a collision with a tree down in the median. No injuries have been reported.
SHA was requested to assist with the cleanup and the tree down.
Expect traffic delays in the area.

I’m sure there is a perfectly justifiable explanation (reason) as to how/ why this happened
People need to start driving properly and paying attention while driving or get off the road. All these accidents have made auto insurance go up for everybody. Good drivers shouldn’t be paying higher insurance rates, due to irresponsible drivers causing accident after accident.
I would say heads up, phones down…but apparently what’s on someone’s cell phone is more important than not getting into accidents for many drivers. Priorities…
