On Nov. 17 at appoximately 10:15 p.m., units from Lexington Park and Bay District responded to a call for a person possibly struck by a vehicle at 21418 Suburban Drive in Lexington Park.

According to witnesses on the scene, an older woman driving in car struck a bicyclist and left the scene to go get help.

Rescue units called for Trooper 7 to transport a trauma patient. The victim was flown by medavac to Prince George’s Hospital for their injuries.

No word if any charges were made against the driver. The condition of the patient is unknown at this time.
