Two Arrested on Multiple Charges Involving Abuse and Neglect of Children in Lexington Park

Lexington Park, MD – On May 20, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 21700 block of North Essex Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported child abuse.

Investigation determined one victim had been injured from a dog bite and no medical treatment was sought for the victim.  Another victim had a visible bruises to the face and other areas on the victim’s body, which the victim reported was from being kicked by Angela Renee Fowler, age 29 of Lexington Park. Another victim was discovered to have bruising on the face as well.

Angela Fowler was arrested and charged with three counts of Child Abuse 2nd Degree and three counts of Neglect of Minor. William Dennis Fowler, age 36 of Lexington Park, was charged with three counts of Neglect of Minor.
