UPDATE – 9:24 a.m. – Two accidents at the same location at Three Notch Road and White Marsh Lane.
One accident on Northbound Three Notch, second accident on Southbound Three Notch.
Two travel lanes on both Northbound and Southbound are shut down. Traffic is getting by on the shoulder.
