Forestville, MD – The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal collision in Forestville. The victims are -year-old Howard Jackson III, 27 and Pandora Bracmort 50, both of ย Forestville.

On Sept. 4, around 1:15 a.m., patrol officers were called to the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Parkland Drive for a crash involving two cars. Upon arrival, officers discovered Jackson and Bracmort suffering from critical injuries. They were pronounced dead on the scene.

The preliminary investigation reveals Jackson was turning from Parkland Drive onto Pennsylvania Avenue (Route 4) when he was struck by a car traveling eastbound on Pennsylvania Avenue. Preliminarily, it appears the car traveling eastbound on Pennsylvania Avenue failed to stop at a red traffic light and struck the car in which Jackson was driving. Bracmort was the passenger in Jackson’s car. The driver of the second car was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
