NAS Patuxent River remains open, however Gates 1 and 3 are closed. The installation and tenant organizations are in a Mission Essential Personnel (MEP) only status as of 8 p.m., Sunday, 28 Oct. Further updates will provide the duration of the MEP only condition. Individuals who are unaware of their own status as a MEP employee should contact their supervisor.
