LEXINGTON PARK, Md. — We are receiving reports of a motor vehicle crash at the “Pegg Road Food Mart” at the Shell Gas Station, where a car has driven into the front of the store.
At approximately 10:57 a.m. on December 26, first responders were dispatched to the scene in the 22000 block of Three Notch Road, at the intersection of Pegg Road.
There are believed to be no injuries at this time. There was no reported entrapment with the crash, and there are no initial reports of spilled fluids or hazardous materials.
It is unclear at this time how much structural damage was caused by the crash. We will continue to provide additional details as they are made available.
