Ridge,MD – On May 11th 2019 at 3:59 am – Squad 4 of Ridge VFD was dispatched to Point Lookout Road for the reported vehicle off the roadway. Squad 4 and Chief 4 arrived on location at 4:06 am. and reported a vehicle off the roadway into a tree. Both occupants were out of the vehicle. Squad 4 assisted EMS while the crew from Engine 41 secured the vehicle. One occupant was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital and the other occupant refused treatment on the scene. The accident is under investigation by St. Mary’s Count Sheriff’s Office. All units cleared at 4:39 am.
