On April 27 Cpl. J. Somerville responded to a residence of Oakley Road in Avenue for a report of a violation of a Peace Order. Investigation revealed Jackie Lynn Ryon Adkins, 60 of Leonardtown, Maryland was served on February 26, 2010 with a Peace Order, which is currently still in effect, prohibiting Adkins from contacting the petitioner of the order by any means. On April 27, Adkins twice attempted to contact the petitioner by telephone. Adkins was charged with violating the conditions of a Peace Order.
