Located within St. Mary’s County, Bowles Farms has an exciting corn maze to explore between now and Oct. 26, plus you can take a wagon ride and grab the perfect pumpkin for Halloween. Admission is $15 per visitor, though children 3 years old or younger get in at no charge. Lyon Family Farms
In 2025, Lyon Family Farms is hosting a fall festival complete with hayrides, a petting zoo and a few fun yard games. Visitors can enter the festival for $12 per person through Oct. 26, and you can take home one pumpkin from an assortment of unique options. The festivities are usually only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, so visitors should read up on available times before picking a date.

Knightongale Farm
The Fall Farm Festival is being held at Knightongale Farm between Sept. 27 and Oct. 26. A corn maze and pumpkin patch aren’t all that’s available here, though; there’s also barnyard basketball, pony rides and face painting for children. Admission at the gate costs $15.95 per person, but you can save $2 by purchasing your ticket online. Knightongale Farm’s festival takes place on weekends between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., so there are plenty of dates you can attend to pick out your dream pumpkin.

Shlagel Farms
At Shlagel Farms in Charles County, you can take a hayride to a huge pumpkin patch. Pumpkins are priced per pound, so you’ll be able to get the perfect size that fits your imagination.
