On Dec. 12, at 5:26 p.m., Tpr. M. Pitcher responded to the 21000 block of Exquisite Court in Lexington Park for the reported disturbance.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 36 of Lexington Park, who advised she was assaulted by William John Vance, 48 of Lexington Park.
All parties were interviewed and Vance was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with second-degree assault. He was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
