Odenton, MD — Anne Arundel County Police are searching for a suspect after an Odenton woman was sexually assaulted by an intruder in her home.
Around 5:41 a.m. on Tuesday, the Anne Arundel County Police Department was called to Apple Blossom Lane in Odenton for a burglary/sexual assault.
The female victim woke up to find a man assaulting her. She screamed for help and he left through a window.
Patrol officers and K-9 units searched the area but didn’t locate the suspect.
The Sex Offense Unit along with the Evidence Collection Unit responded and processed the scene. Several detectives did a door to door canvass and interviewed several witnesses.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately twenty five to thirty five years old, 5’10 with a medium build. The suspect was last seen wearing blue jeans, a light colored shirt and an orange head covering.
