At 10:15 p.m. on November 23, while conducting a patrol check at Hallowing Lane, Prince Frederick, TFC Keen observed a suspicious vehicle.
Upon contact with the operator, Matthew Mark Vukelich, 21, Huntingtown, TFC Keen observed suspected marijuana in plain view. A search was conducted and suspected oxycodone and CDS paraphernalia were recovered.
Mr. Vukelich was placed under arrest at that time for possession of marijuana, oxycodone, and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
