At 6:45 a.m. July 8, detectives with the St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations arrested Alan J. Patke, 41 of Great Mills, and charged him with Sexual Child Abuse, 4th Degree Sexual Offense and Possessing Child Pornography.
The arrest was a result of an investigation which determined that Patke had child pornography on his computer and also had inappropriate contact with an underage child.
He was incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center, and later released on a $25,000 bond.
