BRANDYWINE, Md. – The Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal crash that occurred Wednesday in Brandywine. The deceased driver is 43-year-old Alejandro Alonso Herrera of Clinton.
On July 1, 2026, at approximately 8:45 am, officers responded to the 4400 block of Floral Park Road for a single-car collision. Herrera was the driver and sole occupant of the car. He died at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
