Teen slaps victim and breaks windows with his fist

On June 1, 2015, Deputy Schultz responded to a residence on Suwanne Place in Lexington Park, for a reported assault.

The victim alleged suspect Tyriel Lavar Gantt, age 18, of Lexington Park, walked up and slapped the victim in the face, twice.

Gantt then walked into the house and broke one of the window panes in the door with his fist.

Gantt was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with 2nd Degree Assault.
