James A. Farrell
Prince Frederick, MD – On Sept. 16, Deputy J. Livingston of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven aggressively all over the road. Livingston came in contact with the driver, James A. Farrell, 28 of St. Leonard, who was with possession of an illegal substance (Oxycontin).
He was transported to the Detention Center and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, not marijuana.
Farrell will have a hearing in District Court on the charge Dec. 1.
