At 3:30 p.m. Feb. 15, Tpr. K. Shughart of the Leonardtown barrack responded to Lady Baltimore Avenue and Archer Street, Leonardtown, for a reported fight on a school bus.
When interviewing a 15-year-old male, he stated that a 14-year-old male kicked him in the back of the leg which caused him to fall onto his knees.
The two juveniles then began punching and kicking each other. Both juveniles were charged with assault and released to their mothers.
