Charles Joseph Ullman Jr., 56, of Lost City, WV, passed away on February 17, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on August 29, 1967, to Charles Joseph Ullman Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Card.
After finishing high school, Charles worked for the union as an elevator mechanic. He married his beloved wife, Elizabeth on August 23, 1997. Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing, motorcycles, and woodworking.
Charles is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth; parents, Charles Ullman Sr. and Mary Ullman of Keysville, VA; step-children, Perry Mark Diorio Jr. of Mount Jackson, VA, and Christee Renee Padgett of Edinburg, VA; daughter-in-law, Kathryn Lowry; grandchildren, Brian Lowry, Sean Padgett, Kassidy Lowry, Jayson Padgett, Kasey Lowry, and Izabella Padgett; grandmother, Rose Neal; sister, Lisa Larkin of Keysville, VA; nieces, Brittany Larkin and Hannah Larkin; nephew, Lucien Larkin; and great-niece, Olivia Larkin. He is preceded in death by his son, Dale McGuire Lowry.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 am with a funeral service officiated BY Deacon William Kyte at 11:00 am at Brinsfield Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A., 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622. Interment will be private.
