On Jan. 10 at 12:40 a.m., Calvert County DFC James Bell arrested the driver of a vehicle after conducting a traffic stop on it and finding suspected marijuana. 

Bryan Keith Howell, Jr., 19 of St. Leonard, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a metal smoking pipe.
