CALVERT COUNTY, Md. – Calvert County Parks and Recreation has announced that both Cove Point and Kings Landing outdoor pools will officially open for the 2024 season this Saturday, May 25.
The Cove Point Pool, located at 750 Cove Point Rd, Lusby, MD, will be open Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. from May 25 to June 12. They will also be open on Memorial Day from 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
From June 13 to September 8, Lap Swim will be available Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Open swim will also be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Kings Landing Pool, located at 3255 Kings Landing Rd, Huntingtown, MD, will have Open Swim from May 25 to June 12 on Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day from Noon to 5:45 p.m.
From June 13 to September 8, Kings Landing will also offer Lap Swim Tuesday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Open Swim Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from noon to 5:45 p.m.
