On May 26, at approximately 10:24 p.m., Trooper A. Smith was patrolling the area of U.S. Route 301 and Balsum Run Road when he observed a vehicle with dark tinted windows. He stopped the vehicle and contact was made with Bernard Patrick Cole Jr., 30 of Forestville.
Trooper Smith detected a strong odor of marijuana. Cole was arrested and charged with possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; possess/distribute to marijuana controlled paraphernalia; plastic baggies in sufficient quantity to indicate an intention to use such item for illegal manufacture/distribution/dispensing; and did unlawfully possess a controlled dangerous substance marijuana.
