At 1:55 a.m. April 15, Gary Flowers, 35, of Leonardtown was arrested by TFC L. Nims for Malicious Destruction of Property over $500.
Trooper Nims responded to 22000 block of Washington Street in Leonardtown for the reported disturbance outside the establishment.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the suspect, Mr. Flowers, and an overwhelming odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath.
Flowers was interviewed concerning the damage done to tables outside the establishment. A female witness came forth and advised he broke the two patio tables and umbrella.
Flowers was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review.
