CALVERT COUNTY, Md. –– The following message was distributed by the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office, seeking the whereabouts of Dkarai Nivek Milburn:
“WANTED WEDNESDAY
The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of Dkarai Nivek Milburn. Milburn is wanted for Assault – Second Degree, Malicious Destruction of Property Value Less Than $1,000 and Theft: $100 To Under $1,500.

Mental illness is a great problem
For the life of me I will never understand why Calvert county would rather lock a person up rather than have them Evaluate it
Especially when they are well aware of the individual mental illness
Does that mean he or she can break the law NO
But help them
There’s is such a thing called court ordered mental Evaluation
