On April 18, at 10:45 p.m., Trooper Roby responded to the Hilton Garden Inn in Solomons for a reported disorderly subject.
Frank J. Boka, Jr., 24 of Leonardtown, was extremely intoxicated and screaming out profanity. He was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
