David Lee Gray
Barstow, MD – On March 25, Deputy Williamson responded to a call at the Calvert County Detention Center for a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) violation.
Upon arrival, Williamson identified the complainant, who advised that while sorting medication for an inmate, Methadone was discovered in a prescription medicine bottle. The inmate was identified as David Lee Gray, 32 of Lusby, The complainant was counting Gray’s pills, and discovered them to be a mixture of Methadone and Alprazolam. The prescription was for Alprazolam.
Gray was charged with CDS possession not marijuana, possession while confined and possession of contraband in a place of confinement. He has a District Court hearing tentatively scheduled for July 29.
